AlbGPS ofron një sistem gjurmimi dhe menaxhimi flotash për biznese. Kjo politikë shpjegon çfarë të dhënash përpunon sistemi ynë, pse, sa gjatë ruhen dhe me kë ndahen.

1. Kush jemi dhe cili është roli ynë

AlbGPS është markë tregtare e OLSI GJONGECAJ P.F., NUIS M51405010R, me adresë Rr. Mihal Grameno, NP 8/868+1 20, Apartamenti Nr. 20, Tiranë 1000, Shqipëri.

Shërbimi u ofrohet bizneseve, jo individëve. Mjetet që monitorohen i përkasin kompanisë klient, dhe kompania klient vendos cilat mjete pajisen me GPS, kush ka akses në të dhëna dhe për çfarë përdoren ato. Në terma ligjorë, klienti është kontrolluesi i të dhënave dhe AlbGPS vepron si përpunues në emër të tij.

Aplikacionin dhe platformën i përdorin persona të caktuar nga klienti — zakonisht menaxherë flote. Nuk ofrojmë llogari për publikun e gjerë.

2. Çfarë të dhënash përpunojmë

Të dhëna nga pajisjet GPS të instaluara në mjete

Vendndodhje (gjerësi dhe gjatësi gjeografike), shpejtësi dhe drejtim
Identifikuesi unik i pajisjes (IMEI ose numër serial)
Data dhe ora e çdo raportimi
Gjendja e mjetit: ndezja e motorit, kilometrazhi, orët e motorit, tensioni i baterisë, niveli i karburantit, temperatura e motorit, numri i satelitëve dhe fuqia e sinjalit — sipas asaj që dërgon pajisja e instaluar
Alarme si tejkalim shpejtësie, frenim i ashpër ose shkëputje nga rryma

Të dhëna të llogarisë së përdoruesit

Emri, adresa e email-it dhe fjalëkalimi (i ruajtur i enkriptuar)
Preferencat e llogarisë, si gjuha dhe njoftimet e zgjedhura
Një identifikues njoftimesh (token) i telefonit, nëse përdoret aplikacioni mobil

Të dhëna teknike

Regjistrime të hyrjeve në sistem dhe të veprimeve administrative, për qëllime sigurie

Aplikacioni mobil nuk gjurmon vendndodhjen e telefonit tuaj. Vendndodhjet vijnë vetëm nga pajisjet GPS të instaluara në mjete.

3. Pse i përpunojmë

Për t'i treguar klientit ku ndodhen mjetet e veta dhe si përdoren
Për të gjeneruar raporte udhëtimesh, ndalesash dhe përmbledhjesh
Për të dërguar njoftime që klienti i ka aktivizuar vetë
Për të kujtuar afatet e mirëmbajtjes dhe të dokumenteve të mjetit
Për të mbrojtur llogaritë dhe për të hetuar keqpërdorime

Baza ligjore është përmbushja e kontratës me klientin dhe interesi i tij legjitim për të menaxhuar mjetet e veta.

Nuk shesim të dhëna. Nuk i përdorim për reklama. Nuk i ndajmë me palë të treta për qëllime marketingu.

4. Sa gjatë i ruajmë

Fshirja bëhet automatikisht çdo natë. Kur një klient e ndërpret shërbimin, llogaria dhe të dhënat e mjeteve të tij fshihen brenda 30 ditësh, përveç rasteve kur ligji kërkon ruajtje më të gjatë.

Dy përjashtime që duhen ditur

Pozicioni i fundit i çdo mjeti ruhet për aq kohë sa mjeti ekziston në sistem, edhe nëse është më i vjetër se 180 ditë. Është pozicioni që shfaqin harta dhe lista e mjeteve; fshihet kur fshihet vetë mjeti.
Kopjet rezervë ruhen 14 ditë. Prandaj të dhëna të fshira mund të vazhdojnë të ekzistojnë në to deri në 14 ditë të tjera pas fshirjes.

Çfarë nuk ruajmë

Adresat e rrugëve nuk ruhen. Adresa përllogaritet vetëm në momentin kur përdoruesi e kërkon; në bazën tonë të të dhënave ruhen vetëm koordinatat.
Raportet nuk ruhen. Udhëtimet, ndalesat dhe përmbledhjet llogariten në çast nga pozicionet, ndaj ndjekin të njëjtin afat 180-ditësh.

5. Me kë ndahen

Për të funksionuar, sistemi mbështetet te disa shërbime të palëve të treta. Të dhënat u kalojnë atyre vetëm në masën e nevojshme teknike:

Të dhënat mund t'u zbulohen gjithashtu autoriteteve kompetente, nëse kërkohet me ligj.

6. Siguria

I gjithë komunikimi me platformën kalon i enkriptuar me HTTPS
Fjalëkalimet ruhen të enkriptuara dhe nuk janë të lexueshme as prej nesh
Çdo klient sheh vetëm mjetet e veta; aksesi ndahet rreptësisht mes llogarive
Serveri mbrohet me firewall dhe monitorohet për tentativa hyrjeje
Bëhet kopje rezervë e përditshme e të dhënave

7. Të drejtat tuaja

Personat, të dhënat e të cilëve përpunohen, kanë të drejtë të kërkojnë akses, korrigjim, fshirje ose kufizim të përpunimit, si dhe të kundërshtojnë përpunimin.

Meqë të dhënat i përkasin kompanisë klient, kërkesa duhet drejtuar së pari punëdhënësit ose kompanisë që zotëron mjetin. Nëse kërkesa na vjen drejtpërdrejt neve, ne e përcjellim te klienti përgjegjës dhe e ndihmojmë atë ta trajtojë.

Nëse mendoni se të dhënat tuaja janë përpunuar në kundërshtim me ligjin, keni të drejtë të ankoheni te Komisioneri për të Drejtën e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale.

8. Fëmijët

Shërbimi u drejtohet bizneseve dhe nuk është i destinuar për persona nën 18 vjeç. Nuk mbledhim me vetëdije të dhëna të fëmijëve.

9. Ndryshimet

Kjo politikë mund të përditësohet. Data e përditësimit të fundit shfaqet në krye të faqes. Për ndryshime thelbësore, klientët njoftohen me email.

AlbGPS provides a GPS tracking and fleet management system for businesses. This policy explains what data our system processes, why, how long it is kept and who it is shared with.

1. Who we are and our role

AlbGPS is a trading name of OLSI GJONGECAJ P.F., business ID M51405010R, Rr. Mihal Grameno, NP 8/868+1 20, Apartment No. 20, Tirana 1000, Albania.

The service is provided to businesses, not to individuals. The tracked vehicles belong to the client company, and that company decides which vehicles carry a tracker, who may access the data and what it is used for. In legal terms, the client is the controller of the data and AlbGPS acts as a processor on its behalf.

The app and platform are used by people the client designates — typically fleet managers. We do not offer accounts to the general public.

2. What data we process

From the GPS devices installed in vehicles

Location (latitude and longitude), speed and heading
The device's unique identifier (IMEI or serial number)
The date and time of each report
Vehicle status: ignition, odometer, engine hours, battery voltage, fuel level, engine temperature, satellite count and signal strength — depending on what the installed device reports
Alerts such as speeding, harsh braking or power disconnection

Account data

Name, email address and password (stored encrypted)
Account preferences, such as language and selected notifications
A push notification token for the device, if the mobile app is used

Technical data

Sign-in and administrative activity logs, for security purposes

The mobile app does not track your phone's location. Locations come only from the GPS devices installed in vehicles.

3. Why we process it

To show the client where its own vehicles are and how they are used
To generate trip, stop and summary reports
To send the notifications the client has enabled
To track maintenance and vehicle document deadlines
To protect accounts and investigate misuse

The legal basis is performance of the contract with the client and the client's legitimate interest in managing its own vehicles.

We do not sell data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. How long we keep it

Deletion runs automatically every night. When a client ends the service, their account and vehicle data are deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires longer retention.

Two exceptions worth knowing

The last known position of each vehicle is kept for as long as the vehicle exists in the system, even if it is older than 180 days. It is the position the map and vehicle list display; it is deleted when the vehicle itself is deleted.
Backups are kept for 14 days. Deleted data may therefore continue to exist in them for up to 14 further days after deletion.

What we do not store

Street addresses are not stored. An address is resolved only at the moment a user requests it; our database holds coordinates only.
Reports are not stored. Trips, stops and summaries are calculated on the fly from positions, so they follow the same 180-day retention.

5. Who we share it with

The system relies on a few third-party services to work. Data reaches them only to the extent technically necessary:

Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

6. Security

All communication with the platform is encrypted over HTTPS
Passwords are stored encrypted and are not readable, including by us
Each client sees only their own vehicles; access is strictly separated between accounts
The server is firewalled and monitored for intrusion attempts
Data is backed up daily

7. Your rights

People whose data is processed have the right to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and to object to processing.

Because the data belongs to the client company, requests should first be directed to the employer or the company that owns the vehicle. If a request comes to us directly, we forward it to the responsible client and assist them in handling it.

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania.

8. Children

The service is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Clients are notified by email of material changes.
